If you are not tired, you stop working? You may be wrong, because according to a top neurologist, exercise is good for your overall health.
Sudhir Kumar of Indraprastha Apollo Hospital said this citing a recent study published in the International Journal of Environmental Studies and Public Health.
This study, conducted by researchers at Harvard University in the US, found that physical activity benefits many weight markers among obese adults.
The Hyderabad-based neurologist says some people who consult him report no significant loss despite exercise.
“They lose hope and want to stop training. My advice to them is not to give up and keep training,” he said.
