The deal was finalized on June 25, with a $58 million contract and $30,000 registration fee, according to a Zoom report. The property is located in Pali Hill’s Bella Vista Apartments, where Khan reportedly owns nine of the complex’s 24 units. It is also said to have units in the neighboring Marina Apartments building.
Interestingly, Aamir Khan’s two ex-wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, also live in the same suite. The apartment complex will reportedly be rebuilt in the near future. The newly acquired property is estimated to be around 1,027 square meters.
Amir Khan’s real estate portfolio extends beyond Mumbai. According to Housing.com, he owns a farmhouse in Panchgani and another apartment on Carter Road in Mumbai. Additionally, reports say that he owns property in Uttar Pradesh.
