UPPER DIR: Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan Presidend Dr Hafiz U Rehman inaugurated the Al-Khidmat Hamida Mumtaz Hospital in Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The hospital was inaugurated by the foundation’s central president, Dr. Hafizur Rehman, and other dignitaries, including the hospital’s donor, Dr. Muhammad Akmal. The hospital will provide quality healthcare services to the people of Dir and surrounding areas, especially to the poor and needy. Dr. Hafizur Rehman said that the hospital is a fulfillment of the long-standing demand of the people of Dir and the foundation’s commitment to serving humanity. He also mentioned that Al-Khidmat Foundation has been providing humanitarian services in Pakistan and globally, including during natural disasters and conflicts, and has provided medical aid worth over one billion rupees to Gaza during the war. Other leaders, including former MNA Tariqullah, former MPA Malik Behram Khan, and Al-Khidmat Dir’s president, Ikramullah, also spoke at the inauguration ceremony.
