In the Islamabad High Court (IHC), the announcement of Aleem Khan’s win as the IPP candidate for the NA-117 seat was contested.
Advocate Ali Ijaz Butar, an independent candidate supported by the PTI, contested the notification. The petition asks for the suspension of the February 15 announcement of Aleem Khan’s success and the nullification of Form 47, which was issued on February 9.
