SWAT: Special Assistant to the chief minister KP for Housing Dr. Amjad Ali was said that the officials of all the government departments had completed the development works of public interest in our previous regime in the best manner and this time also it is expected that all the departments will be employ thier skills in the friendly environment and continue the development projects in the PK-7 constituency of Swat district.
He expressed these views while chairing the progress review meeting on the ongoing development projects in the TMA office Brikot here on Monday.
Tehsil Barikot Chairman Kashif Ali Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance, Assistant Commissioner Barikot, TMO Brikot, District Health Officer Swat, District Education Officer (Female), Assistant Director Fisheries, District Agriculture Officer, XEN C&W Swat i Division were present in the meeting, XEN Irrigation and Public Health Engineering Swat, Deputy Director Water Management, District Sports Officer, Director Water and Soil Conservation Swat, In-charge Solarization PK Sat Project Director Engineering University Swat and representative of ZKB Company were also participated.
On this occasion, a detailed briefing was given to the Special Assistant on the progress of the ongoing projects by the district departments.
Dr. Amjad Ali said that people have supported us in difficult times. Therefore, the trust of the people will not be hurt and where the journey of development and prosperity was stopped, will start again from there.
The Special Assistant on Housing further said that delay in the development works will not be tolerated and the relevant institutions should complete the projects as per the timeline and those projects will not be considered complete, which people have not started using and benefit from.
He further said that if there are any obstacles in the projects to complete the timeline, they should be removed immediately and detailed reports should be presented in the review meetings so that the problems can be solved in a timely manner.
