Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari was sworn in as an MNA in the National Assembly today.
According to the details, the NA session was held at 5:00 pm. The NA session was preceded by intense activities.
Aseefa won the election unopposed by the Nawabshah.
According to the NA Secretariat, the cards issued to journalists for the opening session will be effective.
President Asif Ali Zardari separately convened a joint session of parliament on April 18 (Thursday) at 4:00 p.m.
According to the details, the president approved the joint session of the parliament under Article 54 (1) and 56 (3) of the constitution.
