Lahore: Punjab’s apex development agency, Punjab Central Business Development Authority (PCBDDA), headed by COO Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, has recognized the Central Business District (CBD Punjab) as a high-level delegation. Director of Business Development Ali Waqar Shah and Director of Architecture and Planning Sameer Aftab Sial recently embarked on an important visit to Karachi. The purpose of the visit was to plan the auction of Nawaz Sharif IT City (NSIT) along with three commercial and three residential properties in the CBD of Punjab and other important projects led by copyright.
The group participated actively in the seminar organized by Pakistan Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD), this dignified event was attended by Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori and ABAD Chairman Asif Sam Sam, Senior Vice President Ibrahim Habib. ABAD and Mohsin Shekhani.
In the meeting, Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, CBD Punjab, gave valuable information about the upcoming auction of CBD Punjab, indicating that six plots including three commercial plots and three residential plots have been offered. The CBD highlights the important investment opportunities available in Punjab and the role of such investments in reshaping the country’s urban and economic landscape.
The Punjab CBD acts as the custodian of the establishment of Nawaz Sharif IT City, the largest and premier IT district in the country. Notably, CBD Punjab has organized the two largest auctions in the history of Punjab and has strengthened its position as a key player in the development landscape of the region.
Punjab Governor Kamran Tesori emphasized the important role of construction industry and IT industry in the economic development of Pakistan. He said there is an urgent need for legislative measures to develop this industry.
