With 120 belts already in place, the Punjab CBD is going to step up its efforts to complete the rest of its infrastructure. After productive discussions with Pakistan Railways, it was agreed that the Punjab CBD will carry out the construction work in the midnight window for three days. This strategic decision allows the CBD to focus on the most critical part of Punjab’s air traffic, the Walton Railway Crossing, ensuring rapid development while minimizing disruption to daily traffic and train schedules.
Noting the importance of the project, CEO Imran Amin assured that Punjab’s CBD will work without interruption, even at night, to meet the project’s deadlines and deliver on its promises. Apart from the progress on the flyover, CBD Punjab has also achieved another major milestone by completing the asphalt work on CBD Route 47 to the slope of the MSC wall, which will seamlessly connect the flyover with Route 47 CBD Punjab. This will provide significant growth immediately. and the road from Walton Road to Gulberg’s main boulevard will significantly ease traffic congestion and improve traffic flow in the area.
