Singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, who is famous for his mainstream performances on social media, has offered to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) after Pakistan’s exit from the ICC T20 World Cup.
At a promotional event for the film, he shared his thoughts on the national team’s disappointing performance in an interview with a Pakistani private television channel. Khan said that PCB needs an experienced cricketer as chairman and expressed his interest in taking up that role.
“If a manager is appointed, I will monitor the performances and train the players four days a week,” he said. He said that he will appoint a coach for the national team and will personally ensure the quality of the coach.
Asked if he wanted to replace incumbent Mohsin Naqvi, Khan said, “I am not criticizing Naqvi. I just want him to consider my proposal. prompt me.”
Khan played in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in Lahore in 1983-84, showing the team’s cricketing experience and stressing the need for mental and emotional strength in the team.
