According to the details of CPO/DIG (Operations), Syed Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari paid an unexpected visit to Bani Gala Police Station, said the Public Relations Officer.
During the visit, the CPO/DIG Operations suspended an officer at Bani Gala police station for poor performance and inspected the records, roznamcha, reception, recording room, lock rooms, investigating officers’ quarters, and residential barracks, he added.
He stated that inappropriate behavior towards citizens will not be tolerated under any circumstances. He directed the police officers to use all available resources to facilitate the citizens.
Effective measures should be taken immediately to prevent serious crimes, arrest the accused, and recover the stolen goods.
He further stated that no effort will be spared in assisting the citizens, protecting the life and property of citizens is one of the main priorities of the capital city of Islamabad, he said.
