According to details, on the special instructions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police has an orderly room to ensure timely and priority resolution of institutional and personal matters related to police officers.
The goal of setting up an orderly room is to prioritize and solve problems faced by police officers in a timely manner, with an emphasis on their well-being and problem solving.
According to these instructions, Chief Traffic Officer Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk has an orderly room at the traffic police headquarters. Islamabad Police officers attended the orderly room.
During the orderly room, the police officers presented personal and official concerns in front of CTO Islamabad. Immediate instructions were issued to deal with urgent matters, while instructions were issued to senior officers to quickly deal with the remaining issues.
On the occasion, CTO Islamabad highlighted various measures taken for the welfare of police officers, including initiatives aimed at improving residential facilities, improving healthcare delivery and raising educational standards.
He assured all employees of his office’s open-door policy and encouraged them to bring any concerns forward for immediate resolution.
He further stated that the primary objective of the orderly room is not only to deal with the social, personal and official affairs of police officers but also to boost their morale by prioritizing solutions based on their welfare.
