KHYBER: Deputy Commissioner, Khyber Capt.(Retd)Sanaullah Khan held a Kuli Kachery(open court) on Thursday in tehsil Jirga hall,Tirah to tackle the pressing issues faced by the rural communities.
Addressing on the occasion, he said that dealing with the collective matters being faced by the residents of Tirah Valley is the top priority of the district administration and they are taking every possible step in that regard.
He also pledged to continue organizing Kuli Kacheris in remote areas to address residents’ concerns effectively.
A large number of tribal elders and representatives from different tribes including Koki Khel, Zakha Khel, Kamar Khel Malikdin Khel and others presented their concerns and grievances.
Capt. (Retd) Sanaullah Khan provided immediate instructions to the relevant departments to initiate actions for resolving these issues.
DC attentively listened to complaints and issues concerning health, education, public health, link roads, concern of compensation survey, permission of wood collecting in forests, resuming of mobile net service, installing of solar lights in the bazaar etc.
On the spot instructions were issued to the relevant departments for swift and efficient resolution.
Additional DC (finance)Haseebur Rehman,Additional DC(relief)Numan Ali Shah,Assistant Commissioner Bara Shahbuddin,Tehsil Chairman Muft Kafil and officials of line departments were also present on the occasion.
The locals thanked the district administration for organizing the open court to address them on the spot.
