UPPER DIR: District Police Officer (DPO) Waqar Ahmed has visited the Kohistan Mining Project site and emphasized the importance of security for foreigners. He said that in the current security situation, police should remain vigilant and perform their duties spcially with Foreigners’ security is a top priority.
Waqar Ahmed, visited the Kohistan Site of the Mining Project and the residential camp, and reviewed the security arrangements.On the occasion SDPO Circle Kohistan, Shafiq Shifa, SHO Sheringal, Nushirwan Khan, SHO Patrak, and Ejaz Khan, were also present. SDPO Circle Kohistan briefed DPO Upper Dir on the security situation of foreigners.
DPO Upper Dir, has issud instruction for Kohistan Circle and the security in-charge of the Mining Project to prioritize foreigners’ security. He aded. Waqar said in the current security situation, police should remain alert and perform their duties actively and Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to foreigners’ security. Keep a watchful eye on suspicious individuals and vehicles around you. Take protective measures for your safety, including the use of bulletproof jackets and helmets, to avoid any unpleasant incident.
