The Digital Rights Foundation (DRF) has launched its seventh annual cyberstalking hotline for 2023. The hotline has completed seven years of operation since its launch in December 2016 and received a total of 16,849 complaints from all over Pakistan. In 2023 alone, the hotline received a total of 2,473 new complaints, with an average of 206 new complaints per month, and February 2023 was the highest number of complaints of the year.
