Islamabad: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) and Eighteen by Elite Estates Pvt. Ltd. (EEPL), a subsidiary of ORA developers, a well-known international real estate development corporation, with the intention of promoting cooperation in the development of properties. Elite Estates Pvt. Ltd. and the Joint Ventures Cell of GHQ Rawalpindi, Defense City Karachi, signed a memorandum of understanding.
Brigadier Imran Naqvi, Executive Director Business Planning, DHA City Karachi; Mr. Tarek Hamdy, CEO of Elite Estates Pvt. Ltd.; and Brigadier Muqeem Ahmed Subhani, Director of Joint Ventures Cell at GHQ, signed the Memorandum of Understanding. Administrator DHA Karachi, Brig. Sohail Imtiaz, and other important authorities were also in attendance.
In DHA, Defense City Karachi, and Askari Housings, the partnership denotes a commitment to investigate and carry out cooperative ideas for the development of residential/commercial apartments, shopping centers, golf courses, community clubs, hotels, and entertainment venues.
Tarek Hamdy, CEO of Elite Estates Pvt. Ltd., commented on this most recent development, saying, “We are excited about the opportunities that this MoU brings forth.” By collaborating with DHA, we are dedicated to use its real estate development experience to produce projects of the greatest caliber.
The Director of GHQ’s Joint Ventures Cell, Brigadier Muqeem Ahmed Subhani, said, “Our communities will benefit from our shared objective for sustainable growth and excellence in real estate.
