WANA: South Waziristan: An explosive device encased in plastic exploded on a solar tubewell near Malik Hazrat Noor Wazir in the Wana area of Spin, however, no casualties were reported.
The explosive attack took place at around 1:35 last night.
In this regard prominent Elder Hazrat Noor Ji Khel Wazir said that I have no personal enmity with anyone and neither am I involved in any other activities, due to which this incident happened to me.
He said that last year, one of my fielder’s vehicles was set on fire by unknown people at night, which has not yet been found.
On the other hand, as soon as the police received the information, SHO Spin Dam Police Station Saifullah Wazir along with his police team reached the scene of the incident.
Police said that we have collected evidence and investigation into the incident has been started.
DPO South Waziristan Lower Farmanullah said that orders have been issued to the police to arrest the unknown suspects involved, hopefully, some significant progress will be made.
The DPO said that if any accused is found involved in the explosives explosion incident and so punishment will be given according to the law.
