Islamabad: November 07 – ezBike launched an Eco-Friendly Electron Scooter with a cutting-edge Battery Swap Station network here in a groundbreaking event today. The event was graced by eminent personalities, including distinguished politician Mr. Barrister Zaffar Ullah Khan and others.
This marks a significant leap in promoting eco-conscious mobility and addressing Pakistan’s environmental challenges.
Mr. Zaffar Ullah Khan, the esteemed Chief Guest, commended ezBike’s pioneering efforts and emphasized the pivotal role of environmentally responsible initiatives in safeguarding the planet and fostering cleaner transportation. He noted, “ezBike’s Battery Swap Station network is a substantial stride towards a greener future. It not only makes economic sense but also underscores our collective commitment to environmental sustainability.”
“The scooters powered by this network harness clean energy sources, making a significant dent in air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. This comes at a time when fuel prices are on the rise, and car maintenance costs are escalating. The initial rollout of the Battery Swap Stations comprises forty locations in Islamabad, with plans for expansion on the horizon.
Mr. Ali Moeen, while addressing the event, stated that the Battery Swap Stations introduced by ezBike are designed to tackle issues related to fuel consumption, air pollution, and traffic congestion while enhancing mobility accessibility for the community. He said that these stations enable swift battery exchanges in under 30 seconds, all effortlessly managed through the user-friendly ezSwap app.
