Islamabad : On the instructions of the Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Health, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed Bharta, all four federal hospitals have been put on high alert to ensure provision of preventive health facilities during Ashura.
Dr. Bharath ordered hospitals to take special precautions before Ashura. This includes ensuring that all necessary medicines are available in emergency departments.
Hospital managers have been instructed to take all necessary precautions. This includes keeping available beds in a state of readiness to handle any emergencies that may arise.
Doctors and medical staff will continue to be vigilant to provide the best possible medical facilities. Special emphasis is placed on the readiness and availability of medical teams.
Dr. Bharath stressed the importance of maintaining adequate blood supplies from various groups to meet any urgent needs.
These proactive steps are taken to ensure the health and safety of the community during the observance of Ashura.
