KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has said that US President Joe Biden is supporting Israel in the Gaza war.
Addressing Gaza marchers in Karachi on Sunday, the JI emir said America is a hypocritical and terrorist country.
“The US is the enemy of humanity because it has killed innocent people in Iraq and Afghanistan,” said Hafiz Naeem.
He added that the US is only issuing ceasefire declarations but not taking any practical step in this regard.
“The United States has now been exposed on social media as millions of people around the world show solidarity with Palestine,” he said.
The JI emir was of the opinion that Hamas had launched an organized attack on Israel and had failed its intelligence.
“The OIC is only passing solemn resolutions on this issue because its members cannot afford to annoy the US,” Hafiz Naeem said.
