WANA: In the District of South Waziristan Lower, the ongoing sit-in of the local tribes at Angoor Adda has entered the 57th day.
Assistant Commissioner Wana Faisal Ismail along with the delegation of Tribal elders, Ullamas and Waziristan Chamber of Commerce and Industry held detailed talks and negotiations with the participants of the sit-in.
On this occasion, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Saif Ur Rahman told the media that since the setup of interim governments has been established throughout the country.
He said, because of which time is needed to resolve some demands and negotiations with the sit-in participants will continue, however, no positive progress could be made in ending the temporary sit-in.
On the other hand, Aman Ullah Wazir, the candidate of Pakistan People’s Party Constituency NA-42 SW Lower/ Upper and Imran Mukhlis, the candidate of PK-110, SWL also expressed their solidarity with the sit-in.
Meanwhile, Ayesha Gulalai Wazir, an independent candidate from NA-42 constituency and the first woman in the history of Waziristan, also participated in the sit-in.
On this occasion the organizers of the sit-in dressed Ayesha Gulalai in a traditional chador and necklace, and Ayesha Gulalai received a grand welcome on her arrival at the border.
Ayesha Gulalai Wazir openly announced her support for the Angoor Adda sit-in.
She said that the message of Ayesha Gulalai Wazir of Peace is the name of development and prosperity.

She said that it is intended to bring change in the area through education, and the education of girls was declared as the most important.
Ayesha Gulalai Wazir said that my identity is South Waziristan therefore, Wazir, Mehsud, Burki, Dottani and Suleman Khel tribes belonging to South Waziristan should cast their vote for my success this time.
Ayesha Gulalai Wazir further said that South Waziristan will address the deprivations of all the tribes in Lower and Upper South Waziristan.
She said, while solving collective problems and developing development projects, so that the problems of the common people are solved
