Karachi: A school principal allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl student in Moach Got area of Karachi.
According to police officials, the case was registered at the Mochko police station after a complaint by the victim’s father.
The first instance report filed by a mother said the school principal was mentoring her three daughters. On June 21, the manager called and asked the girls to come to him for Eid. Although she refused at first, her mother was persistent and sent her daughter.
When the victim returned home, she told her mother that the manager took her to another room and raped her. She also revealed that the manager had told her that she would kill herself if she did not tell anyone about the incident.
The girl underwent a medical examination and the police are now awaiting the results. After the incident, the victim’s parents and local residents staged a protest at Jalan Walungan Hub demanding the arrest of the suspect. The protest caused a huge traffic jam in the area.
An investigation last month led to the gruesome discovery of the bodies of a woman and her two children in a ditch in Mauripur.
The police confirmed that the children were raped by the executioner who threw their bodies into the drain.
