Khyber: Relatives of the deceased who died of heart disease blocked Pak-Awgan road in Jamrud on Sunday, leaving the body on the road.
According to Jamrud police, the deceased has been identified as Noorul Amin, son of Temen, a resident of Nai Abadi, Jamrud, who was involved in drug dealing in Tedi market during the last days of Ramadan.
As Tussaghana was a heart patient, he felt pain in his chest on Saturday afternoon and was taken to Hayatabad Medical Complex for the necessary medical treatment after first aid; but he died on Sunday morning.
Relatives of the deceased said that two days before Eid al-Fitr, the innocent relative was arrested and accused of possessing two kilograms of Ice.
They blamed Adnan Afridi, Office Hall Office, Jamrud Police Station and Khyber District Police Officer Saleem Abbas Kulacwi for carrying out the entire unfair drama for them.
They demanded the police personnel to transfer the SHO and DPO immediately or they had no option but to continue their agitation.
Exports and imports were halted due to road blockades.
