SWAT: A high-level meeting of SPs Investigation of Malakand Division’s Districts was held on Tuesday at Regional Police Office Saidu Sharif under the chairmanship of Additional IG Investigation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Alam Shinwari in Swat District.
Apart from RPO Malakand Division Muhammad Ali Khan, SP Investigation Swat Badshah Hazrat Khan, SP Investigation Buner, SP Investigation Shangla Zahid Khan along with Dir Lower, Dir Upper and Bajaur Districts SPs Investigation also participated.
Additional IG Investigation Muhammad Alam Shinwari while addressing the meeting said that the pending cases in all the districts of Malakand Division should be dealt with as soon as possible and in a good manner so that justice can be given to the victim and the wrongdoer can be punished by the courts in a timely manner.
He also reviewed the crimes in all the districts of Malakand region and directed to make further improvements in this regard and added that we should continue to improve the performance of FSL so that no one faces any problem during the investigation.
He issued instructions about the Police Station Record Management System (PSRMS) and said that all police officers should keep the PSRMS system of their districts updated and ensure registration of FIRs on a daily basis.
Mr Shinewari said that in the investigation In order to bring the best, administratively, all means are being used to improve training and other areas, while the establishment of a specialized unit within the investigation department is also under consideration so that the relevant crimes can be investigated in the best way and the accused punishment can be ensured from the courts.
