ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday issued a notice to respondents in a petition seeking details of cases against Bushra and not to arrest him in any fresh case.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard Bushra Bibi’s plea regarding the above matter.
The court ordered to provide details of the cases until the next hearing.
The hearing of the case was adjourned until next week by issuing a notice to the parties.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday set aside the decision of the ICT Chief Commissioner to revoke PTI’s permission to hold a procession in the federal capital.
The court said that the application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will be considered pending with the district administration.
It mandated the ICT administration to decide on the request with weighty reasons.
The court said that as per the order of the Chief Commissioner’s office, the NoC for PTI’s procession was withdrawn due to Muharram, adding that the office did not interact with any PTI representative before revoking the permission.
