Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal on Sunday said that “incompetent” people have been handed over to the country after former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Expressing his opinion, Iqbal Narowal lamented the economic woes: “The resignation of Nawaz Sharif led to the economy being in a state of debt. Some judges dismissed Nawaz Sharif as illegal.”
Iqbal accused the PTI government of “postponing” projects like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) launched under the PML-N.
Days after the separation, Iqbal on Tuesday highlighted the bidding process for the ML-1 project.
According to details, Iqbal presided over the meeting. Taking this opportunity, Iqbal said, “A proper timeline will be set for the proper start of the ML-1 project.”
Iqbal said he would ensure protection of Chinese citizens. “The security of Chinese citizens is the most important issue.”
He said it was necessary to hold a meeting of the small mineral group working with the Chinese authorities.
