The participants expressed deep concern over the fact that the RoBs of the Hindu Marriage Act 2017 in KP have been delayed for nearly seven years. Despite these rules being implemented in other provinces, the Hindu community in KP continues to face significant challenges due to the absence of these rules.
During the meeting, attendees said that it is the collective responsibility of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to prioritize this matter and take decisive action to resolve it without further delay. The delay in this matter not only undermines the rights of the Hindu community but also perpetuates unnecessary hardships and injustices.
