SWAT: In swat, Kabal Police arrested the brutal accused who sexually assaulted a little mentally weak 9-year-old girl in Kabal Tehsil. After the rape, the accused took the victim out of the car and left her at an unknown place.
District Police Officer (DPO) Swat. Shafi Ullah Khan Gandapur along with SSP Investigation Swat Sajjad Khan, Additional SP Swat Ghulam Sadiq Khan, ASP Kabal circle Faizan Haider and SHO Police Station Kabal Bakht Zada Khan told a press conference at Swat Press Club, said that on February 12, a heartbreaking incident of rape of a mentally retarded girl took place in Kabal Tehsil. The accused had taken the girl somewhere in the car and after raping her, left her at an unknown place and escaped.

He said tha access to the accused became a challenge for the police. However, the special investigation team of the police started the investigation and recovered the car with the help of modern technology and CCTV FOOTAGES and later got access to the accused.
The accused is a bargain dealer and his name has been identified as Hazrat Ali son of Dilaram Khan, resident of Akhon Klay Kabal.
DPO Swat has claimed that the accused Hazrat Ali has confessed to the crime during the investigation and important evidence was obtained to identify him.
DPO Swat awarded certificates of appreciation to police officers for their excellent performance on this occasion.
