Muzaffarabad: Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir Uzair Ahmed Ghazali has said that 19th July 1947 Srinagar Resolution of accession to Pakistan is a milestone in the freedom movement, the love of the people of Kashmir for Pakistan is higher than the Himalayas.
In a statement issued to media, he said that Pakistan is God’s blessing for Muslims on the world map where millions of Afghan refugees, Kashmiri and Bosnian refugees took shelter from time to time.
He said that Kashmiri people have great love and devotion for Pakistan, “That is why, before the existence of Pakistan, the state-wide leadership of the people of Kashmir.
He said that despite the passage of 76 years, there has been no decrease in the eternal love of the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir for Pakistan.
“No power in the world can weaken the historic Islamic and religious ties between the people of Kashmir and Pakistan”, he maintained.
“Kashmiri youths who are resisting for freedom and self-determination against the Indian military occupation”, he stated.
He said that Syed Ali Shah Gillani had raised the slogan that we are Pakistanis and Pakistan is ours because of the relation to Islam.
Ghazali said that the people of Kashmir have eternal and indelible love for Pakistan which no evil can weaken.
He said that Pakistan is an important party to the Kashmir issue as well as the advocate of the subjugated Kashmiri people.
He said that a program will be held for the ratification of the resolution of 19 July 1947.
