Muzaffarabad: Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders termed the worst Israeli military attacks and bombings on innocent citizens of Palestine and Gaza, especially the Rafah refugee camp, as the worst terrorism in human history.
In a statement issued to the media, 1989 Kashmiri refugee leaders Uzair Ahmed Ghazali, Raja Muhammad Arif Khan, Imtiaz Butt, Gohar Ahmed Kashmiri, Ghulam Hassan Butt, Anzaar Butt, Hamza Shaheen, Chaudhry Firozuddin, Irshad Ri Ahmadral Butt Arif, Chaudhry Muhammad Mushtaq, Latif Lone, Syed Hamid Jameel, Manzoor Iqbal Butt, Muhammad Shafi Kashmiri, Chaudhry Abdul Wahid, Iqbal Mir, Usman Ali Hashim, Imtiaz Lone, Atif Lone, Chaudhry Muhammad Altaf, Iqbal Mir, Iqbal Yas Dawood and others said that Israel’s bombing of refugees settlements declared safe by the UN is an intolerable crime by Israeli forces.
They lamented that 75 Palestinian civilians were burned alive in their tents and dozens were seriously injured due to the recent attacks on Rafah camps.
They said the Kashmiri refugees are saddened by the martyrdom of women, children and elders who fell victim to the fire in Rafah refugee camp due to Israeli bombing.
They described the martyrdom of 36,000 Palestinian citizens and the injuries of more than 85,000 Israeli terrorist attacks in Gaza as the worst crimes in history.
Kashmiri refugees have expressed their shock and sadness at the news coming from Palestine, Gaza and Rafah, saying that Israel is freely killing people, the worst example of terrorism on the world map.
Kashmiri refugees strongly condemned the brutality of Israeli forces against the helpless millions of refugees from Rafah and appealed to the UN Security Council to proceed with resolutions to stop Israel in order to restore the trust of the world conscience in the UN.
They also demanded the creation of an independent Palestinian state, an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
They called on international human rights organizations to take measures to prevent Israeli attacks on the Rafah refugee settlement and to allow humanitarian goods for the citizens of Gaza to leave.
The Kashmiri refugees demanded that the international community should play its role in resolving the Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN resolutions on establishing peace in South Asia.
