Khyber: Allah Khedmatgar Organization has requested the Salaar District Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) from the administration, parliament and other charitable organizations to take necessary initiatives to help the rain-affected people in Khyber.
District Khudai Khedmatgar Salaar Fazal Rehman Afridi speaking in a press conference in district Landi Kotal Press Club on Saturday said that hundreds of thousands of tribes have suffered due to heavy rains but PDMA and administrative staff and MPs and charities have turned a blind eye. who do injustice to the poor.
Khudai Khedmatgar in Khyber said that they have warned the volunteers to help the needy and with limited resources, they will not be able to carry out a large-scale campaign to help those affected by the rains.
Along with other officials, Afridi criticized the Border Works Organization (FWO) for neglecting to build a bridge over the spillways on the Pak-Afghanistan highway, which stopped traffic due to flooding.
He requested the East Java Provincial Government to prepare an emergency aid plan for those affected by natural disasters, especially the technical helpers of Landi Kotal who suffered a lot and to provide tents and other items during that time.
