The Meteorological Department has predicted that Lahore will rise to 40 degrees Celsius next week.
The weather in Lahore will remain cloudy for two days, but the heat intensity will increase after two days, according to the Meteorological Department.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the maximum temperature in the city will be 32 degrees Celsius, the current temperature is 22 degrees Celsius, the maximum is 32 degrees Celsius.
Deputy provincial commissioners have been directed by PDMA Director General Irfan Ali Katia to remain alert due to rain in several districts of Punjab including Lahore.
A PDMA spokesperson said that the concerned department has been alerted to deal with emergency situations, the emergency operation center of all districts, including the provincial control room, has been alerted and the PDMA control room is monitoring round-the-clock.
The Director General of PDMA ordered to drain the water from the residential area as soon as possible.
