Habib Muhammad Khattak

TALASH: The Grand Qaumi Jirga was organized by Dir Qami Pasoon regarding the establishment of peace. The military operation in the name of terrorism as the determination of stability is completely rejected . The declaration was issued.
The Grand Qaumi Jirga of Lower Dir has declared that Lower Dir is a peace zone and rejects military operations in the name of terrorism. The elders of the area should be taken into confidence on the military operation. In the past, the people of the area left their homes and migrated, but this time they will not form an army or migrate. The establishment of peace and security is the responsibility of the government and security agencies. At the border of Afghanistan despite the establishment of fences at the cost of billions of rupees and check posts of security forces, how do they attack and infiltrate? And safely return to Afghanistan after the incident? If Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur does not give permission to the security forces for the operation, then the security forces cannot carry out the operation without his permission.Mercy should be shown upon the people of Lower Dir Malakand Division and KP. And the security operation in the name of so-called terrorism as a result of this, innocent Pakhtuns should not shed more blood. In this regard, a Grand Peace Jirga was organized in a local hotel organized by Dir Qami Pasun. In which leaders of all political parties, leaders of Dir Qami Pasun, political and social organizations, journalist community, leaders of local reform Jirgas, lawyers, business organizations, youth assembly leaders and representatives participated in full. From Aman Jirga, Dir Qaumi Jirga President and former MNA Sahibzada Yaqoob Khan, ANP Provincial General Secretary Hussain Shah Khan Yousafzai, former MPA and ANP Lower Dir President Haji Bahadur Khan, Jamaat,Ex-Islami MPA Haji Saeed Gul, General Secretary Engineer Hafiz Yakub-ur-Rehman, Former Senator of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan, Ameer Sirajuddin of JUF Lower Dir, President of Peoples Party Lower Dir Nawab Udah,Mehmood Zeib Khan, PPP Dir Lower Secretary Information Alam Zeib, Anjuman Tajran Timergara President Haji Anwaruddin, PML-N Provincial Leader and Former Provincial Minister Malik Jahan Zeib Khan, PML-N Lower Dir President Malik Farooq Iqbal, Attaullah Khan, District Bar Timergara President Abid Hayat Advocate, Dir Qami Pasoon Patron Chief Malik Jahan Alam Yousafzai, President Malik Shah Naseem Khan, Tehsil Timergara Chairman Mufti Irfanuddin, PTI Par Lamentrin Provincial Leader and Former Finance Minister Muzaffar Syed Advocate, PTI Ali Shah Mashwani, National Reform Jirga Talash Dushakhel President Malik Muhammad Ibrahim, Jindol Jirga President Hayatullah, Malik Sajjad Yusufzai, Youth Assembly Qazi Hanif, Agiga General Secretary Muslim Khan and others while speaking in Lower Dir areas Maidan. And expressed regret and concern over the martyrdom of four security personnel at the hands of terrorists in Bin Shahi and said that it is understandable that four terrorists have shown courage and escaped safely to Afghanistan after allegedly attacking the security forces and martyring four soldiers. He inquired as to how it is possible for the attackers to come and go to Afghanistan without any protest despite the fences on the border of Afghanistan and security forces’ checkpoints and cantonments. He said that the 37 military operations to end terrorism in Pakistan did not yield any positive results. Therefore, the central and provincial governments should avoid further military operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Lower Dir, and should not exercise in Lower Dir. If a targeted operation is to be done, then the public should be taken into confidence. The speakers severely criticized the continuous non-participation of PTI MLAs in the National Jirga despite being invited and said that the people of Lower Dir trusted PTI and made it successful. They should talk to the Chief Minister Amin Gandapur that he should not allow the security forces to carry out the operation, otherwise the responsibility for the results of the operation will fall on the members of the PTI assembly and the provincial government. The Jirga formed a 25-member committee consisting of all political parties and members of the Assembly to decide the future course of action…..
