LAHORE: Marriyum Aurangzeb, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N), advised Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday to stay within his limits and be civil.
She requested him to speak on performance rather than using derogatory language.
Talking to media outside an anti-terrorism court of Lahore, where she appeared in connection with a matter connected to delivering a speech agitating people, Aurangzeb claimed Pakistan had buried the politics of abuses in 1990. She stated PTI founder developed culture of abusing people.
She criticized the PPP chairman, claiming he was new to Punjab and had not visited PKLI, Danish schools, or other Punjab projects. She stated that Sindh had the right to the same facilities as Punjab.
She stated that the culture that Nawaz Sharif wished to promote could not exist without the PPP chairman’s discourse on civility.
The PML-N leader cited Bloomberg and claimed that Nawaz had an advantage over his rivals in terms of financial management. She claimed that her party always followed the law and faced the courts.
She claimed the PML-N was competing with parties that had secured electoral insignia and were organizing public rallies.
She claimed his party was dealing with inflation and unemployment. She stated that they needed to rebuild the economy and provide work for young people. Aurangzeb stated that they had finished a strategy to bring assistance to the public, which will be made public soon.
