Muzaffarabad: Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir Uzair Ahmed Ghazali has said that Narendra Modi’s government is responsible for the worst human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir(IIOJ&K).
According to statement issued to media he said that Bharatiya Janata Party government led by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been committing the worst war crimes in IIOJ&K since 2014.
While commenting on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s failed attempt to prove himself innocent during his visit to Kargil, Ghazali said that the Kashmiri people know that Modi and his government not only ignored the UN resolutions on August 5, 2019 but also took away the identity and homeland from Kashmiri people by keeping their will and intention silent by force.
The Kashmiri people also know that India is trying to occupy Kashmir by unilaterally breaking the conditional agreements made with the state of Jammu and Kashmir in the past.
He said that the Modi under the cloak of democracy has been usurping all the human, social, religious and political rights of the Kashmiri people.
While revealing the plans to test Israel’s diabolical plans in Jammu and Kashmir, he said that India was apparently thinking that Kashmir had accepted its slavery by armed soldiers, black laws, killing Kashmiri youth in fake encounters and imprisoning freedom fighters.
“The situation is proving that India is facing the toughest resistance from the Kashmiri youth in Jammu and Kashmir”, he maintained.
Uzair said that after the continuous struggle and resistance of the Kashmiri people, the Indian Prime Minister, Bharatiya Janata Party and its forces are getting frustrated.
“Kashmiri youth will continue resistance against Indian military occupation on every front for the freedom of their state” he reiterated.
He said that the United Nations Security Council should go ahead and ensure the implementation of the referendum resolutions passed on Jammu and Kashmir.
