ISLAMABAD- Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has also noted the complaints of higher charges, even by protected customers, and has ordered to initiate legal proceedings against officials and employees involved in illegal activities.
The minister on Sunday ordered all the directors of FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) to redress the complaints of customers who consumed 200 units of electricity.
Deliberately including protected consumers in the non-protected category is a crime that is not allowed, he said. FIA should investigate and take action against employees without discrimination.
