TALASH: The well-known social activist Muhammad Ilyas Yousafzai from Talash Valley got elected as a member of Talash Dushakhil National Reform Jirga.
Muhammad Ilyas Yousafzai, a well-known social activist, political and social young personality from Brikot Talash Dir Lower, a village on the outskirts of Talash Valley, played a prominent role in various fields of life at a very young age and eventually became an active member of National Reform Jirga Talash Dushakhel.Muhammad Ilyas Yousafzai is the son of respectable late Muhammad Karim who was the founder member of Jamaat-e-Islami Talash, retired educationist and former district president of teachers association, Dir Lower. Muhammad Ilyas Yousafzai is a teacher by profession.Along with teaching, he has also served as an assistant officer in an administrative position in the education department. In the second time, he is also serving as a medical practitioner in the spirit of serving the suffering humanity in his village. Muhammad Ilyas Yousafzai is currently serving as a senior teacher in Government High School, Bajoro Talash. He is the eldest among his three brothers. One brother, Muhammad Zubair Yousafzai, is serving as a teacher in Government Middle School, Banrgai, Talash. While the youngest brother, Muhammad Ehsan Yousafzai, is posted as a responsible officer in the Special Branch of the Intelligence Agency, District Headquarters Timergera. Muhammad Ilyas in terms of nationality, belongs to the Yousafzai tribe of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Muhammad Ilyas Yousafzai is a figure of morals, peace-loving, peace-loving, very serious and used to speaking in a low tone and looks like his respected father and educated in a religious family. And because of the training, he has a lovely personality.
