ISLAMABAD: Hurriyat leader Mushaal Hussein Mullick on Tuesday inaugurated the Mari Petroleum and CDRS Iftar table at PIMS Hospital here and served the first Iftar to patients’ families.
After the advent of Ramazan, various iftar tables (Dastarkhan) were established in the capital.
Mushaal Mullick, wife of detained Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik, broke her fast with the patients’ families, a press release said.
Talking to the media, Mari Dastarkhan praised the administration for promoting this good deed in such an organized manner.
Congratulating Muslims around the world, especially the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine on Ramazan, Mashaal said: “World of Islam remember your oppressed brothers and sisters in these blessed days.”
She said that the message of Ramazan is to include the underprivileged classes in joy and serve them with dignity.
