ISLAMABAD: Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) for Human Rights and Women’s Empowerment, expressed her concern that the bloodthirsty and notorious Narendra Modi government was determined to hang her unlawfully incarcerated husband Yasin Malik by incriminating him in false, frivolous, and politically motivated charges.
The SAPM for Human Rights and Women’s Empowerment has criticized the Indian government’s devious attempts to incriminate Yasin Malik in the fabricated and fraudulent case of the death of four Indian Air Force soldiers in Kashmir in 1990.
Mushaal stated that the occupation authorities were willing to go to any length to silence the most vociferous and powerful voice of Kashmiris for political gain because the murderous Modi was afraid of being humiliated in the upcoming general elections due to his consistent anti-human and anti-minority policies.
She pointed out that regular people were coerced to testify as eyewitnesses against Yasin Malik in order to justify the judicial murder of Kashmir’s voice.
Mushaal claimed that the kangaroo courts, in collaboration with the occupation authority, failed to prove a single case against her husband despite employing all state machinery and coercion to gather a small amount of evidence against him.
The SAPM for Human Rights and Women Empowerment encouraged the kangaroo courts to consider Yasin Malik’s legal plea for a physical appearance in court rather than taking his statement via video from Delhi’s Tihar Jail, where he has been wrongfully jailed since 2017.
Mushaal urged UN entities, human rights organizations, and world powers to do their bit to spare Yasin Malik’s life, since the apartheid and murderous Indian government will go to any length to silence him.
