ISLAMABAD: The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), an affiliated department of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD), would export skilled manpower to the Kingdom of Bahrain. An official source told APP here on Monday, he said that OEC is already sending manpower to Gulf states and Europe and all these workers play a vital role in supporting the national economy. He said that our esteemed client Bahrain Fiber Glass (BFG) in Bahrain requires Pakistani workers in the Kingdom of Bahrain who meet the prescribed qualifications and experience as cutters 4, certificate in cutting complex products or diploma in relevant field, at least 02 years experience, salary 140 – 150 BD, accommodation + Overtime. Carpenter (assembly of patterns), finishing joiner, secondary school or Diploma in the relevant field, experience of at least 02 years and salary 140-150 BD with free accommodation + overtime. The required number of skilled workers in the production of laminators and panels, vacuuming, infusion, process Secondary school or diploma in the relevant field, experience of at least 2 years and a salary of BD 140-150 accommodation + overtime, priority ITI (any trade) Diploma (2 years), allowance for meals not provided by the company. He said a number of workers were needed in various fields, including painters for color-coordinated glass, poly engineer, quality engineer, industrial engineer, welding engineer, operations manager-UHPC, designer, project engineer, process engineer, materials engineer. Talking about the conditions, he emphasized that the employees will also be entitled to the following facilities which will be duly mentioned in the individual employment contract, including free air passage (economy class from the place of origin in Pakistan to Bahrain including any surface transport if requested, and also to return to Pakistan at the time of expiry of the contract annual leave of 22 working days in year 1 and year 2 of the contract, advance payment for leave, return airline from Bahrain to Pakistan (place of origin) and back every other year for taking annual leave in case of contract renewal.
