Islamabad: Minister of State for IT and Telecommunications Shaza Fatima and Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan Hazar Farhadov on Friday discussed issues of interest and cooperation in the field of IT and Telecommunications.
The Ambassador of Azerbaijan congratulated the Minister of IT, Shaza Fatima, on her inauguration. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in the IT and telecommunication sectors.
Princess Fatima emphasized the brotherly relationship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan and said that Pakistan values its relations with Azerbaijan.
He said, Pakistan wants to build a strong relationship between the two countries in the field of IT and telecommunications.
State IT Minister Shaza Fatima said that Pakistan wants to start a youth exchange program with Azerbaijan.
He said, the initial exchange between the two countries will strengthen the relationship. He said it was important to start a joint IT training program for youth from the two countries.
Princess Fatima highlighted Pakistan’s FDI friendly environment, especially in the IT and telecommunication sectors. He emphasized the huge potential of Pakistan’s IT and telecommunication sector and assured full cooperation with Azerbaijan in this field.
Ambassador Hazar Farhadov praised Pakistan’s achievements in the IT and telecommunication sectors and said that Azerbaijan wants to further strengthen its relations with Pakistan in the field of information and communication technology (ICT).
