Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Climate Change and Environment Romina Khurshid Alam Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan H.E. Hazar Farhavov is in his office to discuss the UN Global Climate Summit to be held in Azerbaijan this November. Both sides pledged to maintain close cooperation for pre- and post-COP agreements, and committed to raising their voices and positions at global summits. Pakistan has provided necessary technical expertise to Azerbaijan regarding COP29. Thanking Pakistan for its offer, the Ambassador said that our goals are the same and our future is intertwined. Azerbaijan attaches great importance to its relationship with Pakistan.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continued cooperation and people-to-people exchanges to promote business and trade and sustainable development.
