LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday announced the 18-man national team squad for their crucial tour of England and Ireland ahead of the 2024 T20I World Cup.
The side led by Skipper Babar Azam included Abrar Ahmed, Azam Khan, Haris Rauf, Salman Ali Agha, Mohammad Irfan Khan, Usman Khan, Shaheen Afridi and others.
The announcement comes as the Green Shirts take on Ireland in a three-match T20I series from May 10 to 14, while the national team leaves for England for a four-match T20I series starting on May 22.
The national team’s tour is crucial and will play a key role in the team’s preparations for the 2024 World Cup, which begins in the United States and the West Indies in June.
