On the directives of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Food, Zahir Shah Toru, PESCO officials restored electricity supply to five feeders in Mardan.
During a surprise visit to the grid station in Mardan,the provincial minister met with and instructed the PESCO officials to resolve the issue of load shedding faced by the public.
Shah highlighted the severe impact of load shedding on the public and stressed the urgent need to resolve fault in one of the feeders. Following his directives, WAPDA officials swiftly repaired a fault inthe feeder, leading to the immediate restoration of electricity. This action restored power to the areas of Rural-1, Bagh-e-Aram, Eidgah, Mistri Abad, Sheikh Maltoon Town, Nawe Kallay, and Ahmadabad.
The minister commended the WAPDA officials for their prompt action and instructed them to ensure uninterrupted power supply beyond the scheduled load shedding to alleviate the difficulties faced by the public.
