As of now, the first and second installment has been received from the central government which is bound to eradicate the financial problems.
Also, the BRT bus service will not cease and also the health card project will also continue as it previously did.
A similar situation took place in 1988 when some caretaker government presented the budget to the public, twice, claimed the Information Minister of Peshawar.
The second budget was presented as per the Article 254.
Currently, there is no need or intention to impose a financial emergency as things appear to be in check.
