LAHORE: On Wednesday, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Sarwar announced his decision to join the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Speaking exclusively, the former Punjab governor stated, ”Punjab is ready to witness the comeback of the PPP. He lavished admiration on former President Asif Ali Zardari, saying, “Asif Ali Zardari knows how to keep promises.”
He stated, ”I never wanted to rejoin the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). I informed PML-Q head Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain that the PML-N would deceive the PML-Q.

Sarwar, who began his political career with the PPP, expressed his desire to see Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari as the country’s prime.
