SWAT: A policeman was martyred and another was injured in a car collision at Ambela check post in Buner district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
DSP Musharraf Khan, Circle Totalai said that the police received information about the car theft of a person named Najeeb Ullah who was standing in a garage in Chinar Swarai area of Buner district last night.
When two vehicles reached the Ambela check post at around 1 am, the police signaled them to stop. On which the carlifters in the vehicle shot and killed a constable Fazal Raziq while another constable Abdur Rasheed was seriously injured due to the impact of the vehicle.

The accused left the stolen vehicle and escaped in another vehicle.
The police have seized the vehicle and started searching for three to four suspects with the help of CCTV cameras.
