SWAT: The sons killed their father and step-mother by shooting over a property dispute while the step-sister was seriously injured last night here at Lahore Nala area of Bisham Tehsil of Shangla District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police officials confirmed.
According to the FIR registered in Bisham police station of Shangla district, the incident took place late at night. Where the accused entered the house and opened fire. As a result, Sultanat Khan son of Abdul Sattar and his wife Mst Bakht Zari died on the spot while his daughter Mst Faiza Bibi was seriously injured.
“As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot. The deaf bodies were sent for post-mortem and the injured girl was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Bisham for immediate medical assistance.”
According to the police report, Ashfaq Ahmed, the son of the slain Sultanat Khan, has claimed that his step-brothers Javed Ahmed and Rasheed Ahmed, residents of Bisham present Batagram district, have opened fire added that the accused were having a property dispute with their father,” he said.
The police registered a case and arrested both of them and claimed to have recovered the murder weapon from their possession.
