The Newly elected members of the National Assembly Atif Khan and Shahram Tarkai got bail till 26 February from Peshawar High Court, Later talking to media Atif Khan says “Various cases were filed against us, and the court granted us bail in all cases till February 26, The Independent Candidate backed by PTI has two options for alliance with any party, Right now negotiations and talk of alliance with two parties is going on, and hopefully the decision will be taken by this evening.
The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf parliamentarians, have invited us to join and have said that Pervez Khattak and Mehmood Khan will be removed from the party. We are facing some legal difficulties, it is not just a matter of joining the party, more than 25 Provincial and more than 20 National assembly reserve seats of Women and Minorities are at stake, we have to look after it and take decisions accordingly. We are very hopeful to receive relief from the Election Commission, if we didn’t get any relief from ECP we will go to courts.
