MARDAN: Senior PTI leader and former National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser has advised Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and CM Maryam Nawaz to pack their bags as PTI will be in power in December.
Addressing the Lawyers Convention in Mardan, former speaker Qaiser said the National Assembly is a Form 47 assembly. The rule of law, he said, is affected by the legislation Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar is pushing. Legislation passed by this Assembly on Form 47 has no weight.
Qaiser said they will come out on August 5 against the rise in inflation and electricity bills. He demanded that the government make public the names of the IPP agreement holders.
