Haider’s commitment to a coalition government is in stark contrast to the adversarial approach that emerged during the spat between his party allies, K-P Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

He reiterated that his position would be dedicated to promoting meritocracy at all levels.
When asked about the challenges faced by bureaucrats before him, he said he had enough experience in managing civil servants. He said he would hold government officials accountable if needed and said he had plans ready to be implemented after he assumed office.
